Moving cargo on and off ships is an integral part of Mid-Florida Freezer's operations at Port Canaveral. Our subsidiary, Port Canaveral Stevedoring, uses specialized equipment requiring less manpower to move cargo faster with less damage than conventional methods.

In late 1998, we increased our efficiency in cargo handling with a high performance Liebherr LHM 150 Harbor Mobile Crane. The crane has a 88,200 pound lifting capacity, and can handle containers, bulk, general cargo, scrap, and pulp.

Manpower

Port Canaveral Stevedoring employs experienced cargo handlers who take great pride in their ability to load and unload ships in record time. They are available to handle cargo 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
